Who Needs Saving?

 Do i save

because i wish to be saved?

i despise charity

unearned altruism.

so i do not see it,

but why else

would i yearn,

for the broken,

for the Forlorn.

Do we speak the same language?

The same dialect

of despondence?

With the accent

of hopeless misery?
